About Your Appraiser!

Howdy! I'm Macoe, a certified residential appraiser and creator of MADappraisals! I became certified in 2020 and trained for two years before that. So technically I've been in practice since 2018.

I grew up in Paragould, AR and then moved to Jonesboro, AR around the year 2016. I attended Arkansas State University where I earned my masters degree in mathematics and statistics. I'm married to the love of my life, Katie and we have two cats named Pepper and Zelda (I am pet friendly. Cats and dogs).

 

I love to go running and am very involved in theatre!
